Bamni Falls rewards a little effort: a long flight of steps and a forest trail lead down to a powerful fall tucked into the hillside.
The sound of the water reaches you before you see it. At the bottom, the fall crashes over rock into a rocky pool, surrounded by green.
Before you go
- The descent is steep in places — take your time on the way back up.
- Wear shoes with good grip; the steps can be wet.
- It is best visited in daylight and with company.
Quick tips
- Expect many steps down — and back up
- Good shoes are a must
- Go in daylight and avoid after heavy rain
